STEP 2: Register for the Provider Portal


The Provider Portal is your primary resource for managing your AllWays Health Partners patients. 

Register Today

Visit, and click on the Account Registration button. You will need:

  • Your Provider/Group Name
  • Federal Tax ID
  • Create your own Login ID & Password 
  • Specify a User Administrator

STEP 4: Register for Electronic Funds Transfer Payments


Get paid sooner! After receiving your first check from AllWays Health Partners, sign-up for Electronic Funds Transfer (EFT) payments and Electronic Remittance Advice (ERA).

AllWays Health Partners delegates EFT registration and payments to Change Healthcare. From the Provider Portal, click on the EFT/ERA Enrollment link found in the E-Business tab. 

You will need the following information:

  • Your organization's NPI and Federal Tax ID
  • Your bank/financial institution's routing number & account number
  • A recent check from AllWays Health Partners
