Our 4-step digital onboarding process makes it easy to join our network and grow your practice with us.

STEP 1: Submit the letter of interest
Fill out our quick online form to get started. We’ll get in touch within two business days to kick off the contracting and credentialing process. 

STEP 2: Review your contract, sign it, and upload your documentation 

We use a tool called Concord for contracting and credentialing. It allows you to conveniently manage the 
steps to become part of our network. After you submit your letter of interest, you’ll get an email from 
Concord with an overview of the entire contracting and credentialing process, which usually takes 
30 days.

STEP 3: Register for the provider portal
Our provider portal puts a variety of self-service tools at your fingertips:
- Submit prior authorization and referral requests
- View claims status
- Manage your practice information
- View patient rosters and reports
- And more

You can register for the portal on your effective date.

QUICK TIP: After you register for the provider portal, don’t forget to sign up for electronic funds transfer 
(EFT) payments. In the portal, click on EFT/ERA Enrollment in the E-Business tab.
